From rockets in space to food-growing tips on Earth, there’s something for everyone at the Discovery Cube Orange County this summer. Conveniently located between the 5, 57, and 22 freeways (look for the giant black cube looming over the traffic), this fully accessible, indoor-outdoor science and learning experience is for curious explorers of all ages.
Catch Them Before They’re Gone!
It’s a Dino Summer at the Discovery Cube! Kids of all ages walk among enormous animatronic dinosaurs, dig for fossils and immerse themselves in the lost world of these prehistoric creatures. Hurry! This exhibit closes September 3.
Kids also have the chance to learn about the geologic time scale, geology, geography, and climatology of the world’s rainforests at the Cube’s Rainforest Adventure. In this compelling exhibit, intrepid visitors can climb a 9-foot kapok tree, nap in a gorilla’s nest, build a model insect, identify endangered species, and more. Hurry! Rainforest Adventure is open until September 9.
