Zocalo Fiesta Fundraiser

  • Delhi Center 505 East Central Avenue Santa Ana, CA 92707 USA (map)

“Zócalo”, in many Latin American countries, is the town square, a place where people gather to share resources and socialize and where some of the town’s most pivotal moments occur. Similarly, Delhi Center has been a Zócalo for the Santa Ana community since 1969 and uses the Zocalo concept for its annual fundraiser because of the center’s important role in the lives of Santa Ana residents. The center serves as a gathering place for residents, businesses, and organizations and it is well-known and well-respected for its history of serving the community.

Proceeds from the event go towards the center’s youth programs, including:

Mathletics Camp: an academic enrichment summer program that provides stimulation and support for students to advance and excel in STEM focused subjects, specifically math and science, with a math and science fair culminating event to showcase student accomplishments.

Teens Engaged in Learning and Leadership Program: trains and engages teens, ages 16 to 19 and uses leadership development, mentoring, career exploration, financial planning, and internships to help them build skills and learn how those skills can generate pathways to higher education and career exploration.

Join us to enjoy a night of casual fun, live music, dancing, delicious authentic Mexican food, local artist vendors, fabulous door prizes, and Loteria!
